Baseball Hitting Keys
Baseball hitting keys can be picked up on by the batter by determining the pitcher release points of the baseball. As the ball leave the pitchers hand the next thing for the hitter to do is track the ball from the release point all the way to the plate with your eyes into the strike zone. As you watch and study the pitcher arm motion and release point of the ball you will began to see a pattern with the pitcher arm angles and release points for each type of pitch thrown. By picking up on these baseball hitting keys from the pitcher will give the batter a good clue to what pitches will be thrown and whether it will be inside, outside or down the middle of the plate. But, not all
baseball hitting keys
from the pitcher can be identified or detected by the hitter making it harder for hitters to guess at what pitch will be thrown to you. And just like a hitter can identify hitting keys from a pitcher release point, so can a pitcher identify what pitches a hitter can and not hit.

Pitchers And Hitters Motion
A pitcher goes through the same motion as a batter before making a pitch to the plate both pitcher and batter need to be balance, us their back and front legs, front foot should be close and their hands should be load but for different reasons one to throw and one to hit a baseball.First, order for a pitcher to throw the baseball he must push off the rubber using his back leg which is the same for a hit. Then the pitcher must tarqor his wist in the same way a hitter would do in order to generate arm speed toward home plate and his front foot must be closed and on the ground and shoulder square to home plate before the pitcher can release the ball with any power or control. Once the ball is release from the pitcher hand it out of his control of what's going to happen next with the ball. Now it's up to the hitter to be patient an wait for the ball to travel toward you and don't move toward the ball otherwise you will speed the ball up. At this point as the batter you should have your front foot down all the way on the growing with your hands in the loaded position. You have 0.4 tenths of seconds to make a decision to whether the pitch is a ball or a strike to swing or not to swing at the pitch.
