Bat Speed | Rotational Hitting

Increase your bat speed by learning to use rotational hitting may generate more hitting power for you .

Rotational hitting is mainly use to generate more speed with your bat, but you must train daily, so that the rotational hitting techniques will becomes a natural part of your swing and muscle memory. Your training should start at the little league "T-ball" level and continue through out high school, college and into professional baseball.

What is rotational hitting? rotational hitting is when you torques your waist back toward the catcher and as the baseball nears home plate you react to the thrown ball by releasing your hips / waist and your hands and bat move toward the baseball in a manner like a rubber band untwisting and generating more speed for the your bat.

In order to master rotational hitting to generate more speed and hitting power you should seek a trainer to teach you about bat speed and rotation hitting so that you can achieve your goals.

There are so many baseball players who are playing little league and high school baseball, but because they was never taught how to hit a baseball the right way many of them quit playing baseball because of that reason.

Don't let this happen to you! My recommendation to you and other baseball players is to keep playing baseball and get a baseball hitting instructor who can teach you how to hit or rotational hitting.

Seek out other advice from your parents, read books, talking to your little league, high school or college baseball coaches before you decide to quite playing the game of baseball all together.
