Independent Baseball League

The independent baseball league is where you can go to play baseball and try to make it into affiliate baseball with a major league organization.

So, if you are not selected in the major league baseball draft your baseball career is not over yet. All across the county college baseball players who don't get drafted feels as if they are not good enough to play baseball at the next level. Please don't feel this way you are good enough don't quit keep working out and try to make as many independent baseball league or major league baseball tryout camps as you can.

Remember there are 32 professional baseball teams and all you have to do is convince one scout that you are good enough to play baseball at the next level. Every year high school and college players are drafted and many of those players never make it pass AA baseball after several years of being in the minors.

What I'm trying to tell you here is that often time scouts are not correct about their assessments of you. Think about it for a minute! Pro baseball scouts are human just like you and I and a lot of what they do is based on human feeling and not your ability to play the game.

So, don't you let scouts or anyone steal your dreams of playing baseball from you, because they do overlook a lot of good talented baseball players in my opinion, but major league baseball team and scouts would never admit to that.

Well, if I'm wrong about the above then why is it that so many first round draft selections don't make it pass AA or AAA baseball? Is it because they were wrong on who they thought would be a major league baseball player?

No! It's because in my opinion many scouts spend their time evaluating only those players that every organization is already talking.

So, my recommendation to you is to trying out for as many independent league and major league teams as you can it's an excellent way for your to continue your baseball career. The independent baseball league is like playing affiliate minor league baseball giving you another door way into major league affiliate baseball.
