Run Faster In 15 Days
Baseball players can
run faster
if they train their twitch muscles like football players do. I hear baseball players and others use the phrase "either you have speed or you don't". Yes, that maybe true, but your fast twitch muscles can be trained through muscle memory so that you can run faster. As a baseball player you know that learning to swing a bat with a smooth swing requires training and the more you train on your swing your muscle memory began to take over and your swing becomes nature. Well it's the same thing with learning how to sprint faster. By using a simple training aid you will began to sprint faster within fifteen (15) days by following my speed training program. You see we all have what is known as slow and fast twitch muscles that's why some football players are quicker or faster then others because they work on those fast twitch muscles all the time which allow them to sprint faster. All you have to do to get faster is develop your fast twitch muscle using isometric training aids. I recommend this training program to anyone, because I have used it to develop one of my baseball players fast twitch muscles and seen his 60 yard dash time decrease within 15 days. He's another baseball player who played baseball at Smokey Jasper Park which is located Northeast of Houston, Texas off Interstate Highway I-59. He also played with Carl Crawford and Michael Bourn who I coached as well and he's one of the best
baseball players
I've coached with 4 of the 5 baseball tools and his name
Keith Hodges, Jr.
Keith ran 6.3 seconds in the 60 yard dash at the Houston Astor's baseball tryout camp in 2009 before using my sprint faster program his time was 6.6 seconds.
